Staff behavior

Accommodation was clean, location was great, food was good, value for money. Big thumbs up for stay.

It was pathetic. My worst stay ever in a hotel. Room was not at all like what I booked. It was very small in size with just a bed and a dirty chair. Walls were unclean and damp with no TV. Washroom didn't have basic amenities like shampoo, body wash, they didn't have a toothpaste and when I asked for it, they said they don't keep it and didn't even tried to arrange it when I asked for it. It's a small building inside some society with no signs outside to make it easier to navigate. When I tried to reach the contact number provided multiple times, noone picked the call and it was picked after half an hour and I was searching for the hotel in night and was roaming on streets like a fool. Room, hotel and management, charges of the room everything doesn't deserve more than 1/10 rating.

Some Rooms were spacious, mattresses, parking facility for 2-3 cars

Despite 3 confirmed bookings, they were refusing stating their is no booking showing in their system for 2 bookings. Finally charged payment in cash & not through credit card from which booking was confirmed. Main Door locks keys were missing, lots of mosquitos, poor hygiene, no toilet papers, limited towels, some rooms geysers not working, no hangers in wardrobe. Only tea & 2 bread pieces in breakfast on first day of stay. We ordered some stuff from swiggy like mosquito repellent, breakfast items, toilet rolls etc. On complaining to owner Mr Abhishek he arranged basic items on our 2nd & 3rd day of stay. We didn't took one room out of our originally booked 6 rooms due to lower category & poor upkeep. He sold that room to other party still didn't refunded our money which spoiled whatever good we felt about the owner & his positive actions. Overall we are not going to this & other Treebo properties & will be more careful while booking through booking.com. Its better to call & confirm directly from properties than just relying on booking.com confirmation.
