Great communication from host. Very responsive. All done online. Beautiful grounds. Sound of birds ! Views from the balcony was great!

Small detail. A Washer / Dryer was close - couldn’t enjoy the balcony on the weekend without the overbearing smell of heavy scented dryer sheets in the air. That’s stuff is poison

Le logement et l emplacement sont parfaits. Au milieu de la nature à 2 pas de la ville. Le logement est très propre et confortable ainsi que les extérieurs

La réception virtuelle. Je trouve cela très dommage de ne pas être accueillie. De plus cela limite l accès qu aux voyageurs etant un minimum alèses avec internet

Check in! It would have been nice to have someone on the property to check us in. It took an hour to use the automated check in process.

Faculties were excellent check in process was not user friendly and very intimidating

The most horrible hotel during our whole 4 weeks trip through Panama. The online check in was so bad. They try to make it autonomous but you receive all kinds of information followed by self developed google sheets where you have to sign all kinds of stuff. Once arrived there is no staff on site so you feel totally lost. But the worst thing was the isolation of the room. It was a chilly night with 16 C degrees (which is not uncommon for Boquete) and the wind just blowed through the whole room and we were freezing like hell. We cancelled out second night and moved on to another hotel. Can‘t believe the rather high rating of this so called hotel which rather feels like a bad motel.

Para grupos etarios de mayores de 70 años ( jubilados) se nos hace muy dificil adaptarnos a la atención remota, y todos los procedimientos remotos. Recomiendo que exista alguna persona que de la cara al cliente el alguna parte de la estadía. Disconformidad con la cancelación de las habitaciones previo al disfrute del servicio, debe se al final.
