Villa Firestone, formally Harbour Mannum

The room itself was very clean and nicely decorated and the location was very convenient. Unfortunately our stay wasn't pleasant due to the hosts unannounced family house party that was happening in the house until 3am, meaning we had no sleep. The host was very good with communication however we feel that if a personal event is scheduled it would be polite to give pre-booked guests the notice and option to find alternative accommodation rather than be made to feel uncomfortable and not able to sleep.

Bedroom door leading to kitchen wasn't sound proofed enough. Lying in bed you could hear all the conversations in the kitchen

This property is absolutely beautiful. There is not a thing we could fault. Bed was very comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained, the lovely house manager, popped in everyday to see if there was anything we needed. I requested a smaller pillow, received it 10 minutes later. Bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh bread and milk everyday and several cereals. The kitchen is gorgeous. Handy to all eating establishments, walked to the ferry and went on the ferry to the other side of this beautiful river and enjoyed walks.

It was way better than expected, beautifully redone.

The shared area echoes, which is a major problem when people get up very early in the morning.

Harbour Mannum is an absolute ripper of a place with everything you could possibly want on hand. Didn't really want to leave it was so comfortable and loved the township also. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely no complaints.

It's just amazing, your own room with bathroom then you open the door to a spacious kitchen, dinning, and a back patio area. The hostess was lovely. She made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Then the red door leads to the main street, across the road from lolly shop, a short walk to 2 pubs, a club and 2 bakery's, a couple of takeaway shops and a supermarket. The river is only a couple of metres away.

Awesome location! Loved the room setup with our own separate loungeroom. Well equipped kitchen felt like home.

Not essential, but maybe consider a thicker door between the shared area and the bedroom. Especially for our room, suite 2, it was quite loud when people were cooking and cleaning during breakfast and drinks later….
