The overall experience was good, the service was commendable, and the food was very enjoyable. The hotel's staff was also very gracious, polite, and accommodating and even helped us book a cab when we weren't able to find any on the aggregators. I also had to extend the stay for a day, and the process was hassle-free despite being a last-minute request.

The reception was often hard to reach via the telephone and is sometimes unmanned.

The rooms and the bathroom was ok. The location was good for my preference.

The breakfast was very disappointing since only few items were available. There was no buffet and there was no one coming and informing us what all is available for breakfast. The staff also looked very reluctant.

Service is not good. It's not a hotel. It's a lodge. Worst breakfast. It's not value for money.

Location is very good. Place is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good. The staff were polite.

The room did not have any view.
