There was a used tissue in between of the bedsheets

We planned a two week trip in Italy and not once had an experience as bad as this. We booked what was listed as a hotel, only to find it to be a makeshift “hostel” which was problem enough, but I didn’t think it’d be possible to get worse. The room was absolutely disgusting. I’m talking hair on the bed, the towels, the sheets, pillowcases, shower, floors, etc. Anywhere and everywhere you looked, you’d find very long hairs. But that wasn’t it. There was mold on the mirror and EVEN an underwear package left on the table. I even reached out to what I am assuming was either the property manager or owner through the provided numbers and emails multiple times (from texts to calls to emails). And not one had been answered. I offered to provide proof, offered to talk about a solution, and even had booking.com contact the owner but was not met with even a singular response. I would 10/10 not recommend this place nor their company. To advertise cleanliness and great customer service to only provide a filthy room and absolutely no response, is something I would hope that no other traveler is met with the same problematic experience that I had.

Clean and comfortable

The page say 1 big bed and 1 small but when we arrived the smallest one didn’t finish to use, it was folded. Nobody stayed at the administration, and they didn’t say me this before to arrived, they sent me a message to pay but then we needed to phoned because we stayed outside

Okay bed. Conveniently located. Clean. Great for the price. Check in was difficult and time consuming.

Posto molto pulito e moderno, dotato di ogni confort

This place was very nice. Wonderful room super clean and very updated. Great shower. Super convenient to transportation and amazing restaurants.

Appartamento molto carino e curato, appena ristrutturato. Situato al primo piano senza ascensore (un po scomodo per disabili o con bagagli grandi). Grazie alle spiegazioni il check-in è semplice ed intuitivo Consiglio!
