The Residency Suites

Location good

The people staying in the rooms shout when they talk, day and night. At 3 or 4 in the morning, they blast loud music. It is impossible to sleep. And the site management doesn't say a word about any of this.

Area was convenient.

Dirty, old, tv didn’t work, ice machine broken, mold on shower and on curtain.

I had a very disappointing stay at this Residence Inn and would not recommend it.

When I first checked into my room, the bathroom was dirty, the towels had visible dirt on them, and the bed was not made properly, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. On top of that, the air conditioning in the room was not working at all. I contacted the front desk and requested a new room. While I was told I was being transferred, I was never actually provided with a key to the new room. This led to a frustrating back-and-forth situation at the front desk that should never have happened. To make matters worse, the front desk agent did not seem to care about my situation or show any urgency or concern to resolve the issue. Between the poor cleanliness, non-functioning AC, and lack of customer service, this stay fell far below the standards I expect from a Residence Inn. Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience overall.
