Mi Zona Lodging Coyoacán

Komfortabeles Bett und Schlafzimmer. Der Innenhof ist klein aber sehr charmant! Waschmaschine ist sehr modern.

Küchenausstattung eher minimalistisch. 2 Kaffeekapseln für 2 Personen und 3 Nächte?? Dafür fünf Sesseln - wozu, wenn ohnehin nur zwei Personen erlaubt sind? Allgemein viel unnötige Deko dafür sehr kleines Badezimmer mit wenig Haken bzw. Abstellmöglichkeiten. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir einen Wassereintritt, welcher wahrscheinlich nicht der erste war. Die Bodendielen waren schon sehr aufgezogen.. Das Personal hat wenig professionell und nicht proaktiv reagiert als wir den Schaden gemeldet haben. Dieses Apartment braucht dringend eine Sanierung!

This is my second time staying here. It’s a lovely apartment with lots of amenities / facilities. Having a washing machine is a great bonus after travelling around Mexico for 3 weeks. Lovely little private courtyard garden. The location is perfect for exploring Coyoacan. The communication before and during my arrival was excellent.

I loved everything

Very close to the main square.the apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated, the bed is huge! The portable heater was a bonus.

Just a couple of small things: there was no kettle and a complimentary bottle of water on arrival would have been nice, especially as I arrived late evening. Although it wasn’t a problem for me as I’m quite petit, the bathroom is tiny.

We had a generally enjoyable stay at this property, but our departure was marred by an unacceptable encounter with the housekeeper. Despite our approved late checkout for 11:30 AM, the housekeeper and her son arrived at 11:05 AM, pressuring us to leave immediately. Upon checking out at the agreed-upon time, the housekeeper confronted us with a dirty towel, claiming we would need to pay for it. She then falsely accused us of trying to stay until 3 PM without paying. When I brought this to management's attention, I received a half-hearted apology and unsubstantiated claims of noise complaints from downstairs guests. It seemed like a fabricated excuse to justify the housekeeper's behavior. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste. The management company's response suggests they prioritize their staff over guest satisfaction. We would not recommend this property due to the poor handling of our concerns. Location, amenities, host

Location was excellent, the apartment is small but perfect for two. It has all the comfort, appliances and items for cooking. Nice TV with Netflix which is very nice. Great Wi-Fi connection We were provided with a small heater and extra blanket for warmth. It has a small courtyard that can be accessed. The host and cleaning staff were very responsive with all our queries and provided a really good service! The location is perfectly located in downtown Coyoacán and we greatly enjoy the convenience of exploring the surrounding areas.

The room is quite cold (most México City houses are Cold on winter) and didn’t have too much natural light as it It is located in the basement. In the summer will be nice and refreshing, when is hot. We didn’t like that the people upstairs were very noisy and there were a couple of nights this was quite annoying. As the room is on the basement the noise tends to funnel downward, noise comes through the floor.
