Seaview Apartment Top Location in Sliema

Very unsafe conditions to due to debris in stairwell. Elevator did not work and no power.

Close to many restaurants. Located right across the Valletta Sliema ferry. Kitchen and washer/dryer came in handy. Air conditioning was wonderful. 3 bedroom/ 3 bath for a group of 3 was such a treat!

Internet was spotty throughout the stay.

The location was good. Lots of shops and ferry. Halal food nearby. Not too loud at night.

The apartment was fairly clean but could be better. The AC was not working and was not fixed.

The location of the property was definitely the highlight of this apartment.

We had a few issues with this apartment. It was very difficult to get into the property. Since we were not met by the host, we were given instructions to access the front door of the building and were then to find the keys in a key box next to the apartment door. The instructions to enter the code did not work. After 50 minutes, a couple of phone calls and a video call to the property manager, we were finally able to access the building with the proper sequence. Upon arrival, we found that the master bedroom toilet did not work. This was reported and fixed the next morning. On the second night we lost all power to the apartment when trying to use the washer and dryer which tripped a circut. This was fixed fairly quickly by a building militance person. We also experienced loud interesting noises coming from the pipes through out the stay. I realize this is an old building but the loud noises were unsettling in the late hours of the nights and early in the mornings. We were able to track the noise to the shower drain in the hall bedroom. The common living space and terraces were also a bit smaller than we had expected from the pictures posted.

We were provided with information to self check in and this information was not correct. When we contacted the apartment manager there was a delay in response and they were ambiguous with the information required to check in. We eventually worked this out ourselves. Apartment from this everything was great

Great location in the heart of Sliema. Superb view to bay, Manoel island and Valleta. Spacious, more than enough for 4 persons. Three showers and toilets, one for every room. Washing machine and dryer were also present. I think that was best experience of communication with apartment host. Paula is really good at that - absolutely great communication at all times.

Some noise from street, it was expected though. I had to use ear plugs, that solved the problem. I was missing dishwasher, but that was rather minor issue.

Excellent communication with Paula about everything related to the apartment from check-in to check-out among other details more through the booking platform. Incredible welcome from Pierre to the airport, at all times he was very attentive and also gave me basic information about the apartment and the city. The apartment is amazing, spacious with everything you need to spend an incredible stay and with stunning views, right in the center of all the entertainment in the Sliema area. Everything is impeccable and excellent method of key collection. I will definitely go back and recommend it 100%.
