What breakfast? We didn't have one

Our electric hob didn't work properly in one of the two flats we booked. It took 20 minutes to poach an egg. I contacted the company twice by email but no reply. The first message was to ask about why there was no hand wash in the toilets or kitchen, just shampoo. Very unusual. I sent a 3rd message and that one was answered but too late as we were leaving that morning so it was pointless ringing them as they requested.

Muy pobre en cuanto a equipamiento, no hay ni un paño de cocina, en las habitaciones no hay sillas , el sofá solo es para tres y no hay ningún sillón por si van cinco como era mi caso. Se nota el desgaste en los muebles por el uso y faltan detalles decorativos con respecto a la anterior ocasión en que me aloje aquí.

Ruim appartement met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers, gelegen in het centrum. Alles is op loopafstand en er zijn veel restaurants in de buurt. De medewerkster op het kantoor waar ik de sleutel ophaalde was erg vriendelijk en legde alles goed uit.

De sleutel moet je wel op een andere locatie ophalen, en daar vragen ze een borg van €200 voor eventuele schade. Ik begrijp niet goed waarom, want het appartement is vrij simpel ingericht. Als ik van tevoren had geweten dat er een borg gevraagd werd, had ik waarschijnlijk niet geboekt. Gelukkig werd het bedrag snel en netjes teruggestort. Het is een bedrijfsmatige verhuur, waardoor het wat onpersoonlijk aanvoelt. Er stond geen water in de koelkast, terwijl dat een kleine moeite is. Ook was er maar heel beperkt koffie beschikbaar—slechts drie of vier cups. Daarom geef ik een lager cijfer, ondanks dat het appartement ruim is en centraal gelegen.

Kanapa w salonie(mam nadzieję, że już wymieniona) nadawała się tylko na śmietnik.
