Rude , property unfinished, wasps nest on porch, centipedes in tub, stains everywhere i want a refund

Roomy unit that comfortably fit our family. The unit and entire facility is very dated. There were many bugs (spiders and bees) in the unit. Indoor pool was pretty nice.

The property was pretty clean but the inside needs maintanence. Doors don’t close, not enough pots and pans, dirty curtains, loose legs on the kitchen table, fire place didn’t work, broken light bulbs, the outside wasn’t bad except that the road desperately needs to be replaced. The potholes are huge!! Staff was nice but the sign said to check in on the other side and the door was padlocked shut. It wasn’t easy to know what that meant. They should have said a more direct location. I had to call to figure out what they meant. Just some areas to improve. I do like the layout and room space though. We will be back.

Good and clean. Unfortunately not enough blankets. We have noted this on previous trips but to no avail
