3 Bedroom Holiday Home in Newquay - Valley Views

Really lovely place nice and clean comfy beds ideally situated . Great facilities in the home lovely welcoming gifts host was great , really good communication before we arrived The facilities on the park were great too lovely warm indoor pool and all the staff very friendly and helpful and plenty going on for kids , easy access to local beaches and town .

The holiday home is lovely - bright and modern, clean and with everything you need. We were 6 adults and had plenty of room to relax and eat in the caravan. We also managed to cook a full breakfast for 6 people with no issues at all. There are 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and the other just a sink and toilet off the main bedroom. The outdoor area is lovely - we didn’t have great weather to use it but the views are lovely and we definitely would have if the sun was out. Directions from the host were perfect - definitely take the advice to go through Newquay as opposed to down the narrow lane (especially in the dark). The host has been friendly and had plenty of contact and recommendations. Paying a security deposit by bank transfer is unusual for booking.com but not for a caravan site, so no need to worry about that part either.

This relates to the site and not the holiday home. We eat in the clubhouse and played bingo on Friday - apart from being surprisingly expensive the food tasted ok (but wouldn’t eat there again).

The location on the site was perfect you literally wake up in the morning and can drink your coffee overlooking the amazing views and the cows on the hills which my toddler absolutely loved!!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property

The venue is very well kept and the holiday home was beautiful and clean. We have been in holiday homes before and have had to take all the basics, but everything was provided and we also had milk, scones, cream and jam as a welcome pack and my pup had treats too. It’s a definite recommend and we will most certainly return.

Location and views overlooking the valley

The carpets and sofa weren’t clean and there was dog hairs everywhere, we had two dogs but they are hypoallergenic so we knew it wasn’t from ours.

Nice little holiday home, has all the basic things you need and the welcome hamper was a nice touch!! Great WiFi speed and views of the valley!! Lucky enough we had amazing weather!! Thank you Kayleigh!!

A fan would be nice, as the holiday home got extremely warm during the day and didn't want to leave the windows open while we were out. As it's self catering, a few things in the kitchen could improve such as sharp knives, a smaller frying pan with lid. And then maybe a gas bbq on the decking would also be great!! That's just our opinion.

Well equipped, good shower, thoughtful welcome hamper, great views and dog walking areas

Could do with some more cleaning supplies and a coffee table for the sitting area
