it was close to a mall giving easy access to food and games

we had booked the rooms with breakfast. On our very first day when we thought we would enjoy the bfast and head out to explore the city, we were told the breakfast buffet was discontinued and we will need to order in the room and it will take 45 minutes. To get this information also took a lot of calling different numbers waiting for them to call back and there were other people in other rooms shouting as well about the same. It was absolute chaos and a very bas start to our day. They didn't bother telling this in advance while checking in. Neither did they try to calm us down in any manner. Lemon tree is a good brand but this was a very bad experience

The hotel staff is polite and trained.

The hotel is lacking restaurant and the food options is limited. In case of cigarette smock is detected in any room, it disturbs the entire hotel for very long period.

Rooms were awesome with microwave, hair dryer and TV
