Nikiforos Apartments by Konnect, Mesongi

Absolutely amazing our stay here, in the 2-rooms apartment, which comes with the charm of the old days (windows with shutters, authentic wooden carpentry, furniture), very clean (cleaning is done every 2 days ). The kitchen is equipped, nothing was missing. It was accompanied by an impressive garden with old olive trees, flowers, aromatic plants, lovingly cared by the owner. A nice pool kept the kids busy at the end of the day. From the balcony you could see the sea, completing this idyllic landscape.

Everything. The location is amazing, nice swimming pool and garden with fresh fruits. Very clean and tidy rooms with all facilities you need. Quiet area with local taverns around that have very tasty traditional food. Beaches with nice and clear water nearby. Our host Katerina is looking after her guests needs, for instance I needed a very good and fastb connection on internet to do a task for my client and she brought me a router. Defiantly will go back there.

Shower was a bit basic, but everything was great!

The host, Katerina, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Upon arrival she helped us select a rental agency for a scooter, and recommended good/cute restaurants and also nice spots to visit around the island. My wife and I had decided not to plan too much before arriving, so we followed her advice and were not disappointed! This was our second time in Greece and first in Corfu - given the awesome experience we will definitely come back to Nikiforos apartments!

We were there only 6 days and should have stayed longer!

The outside area was great, beautiful garden and the pool was big enough and never crowded.

The price we paid was good, property is situated in calm and quiet place. The pool is clean and comfortable. It’s good location for exploring the south Corfu.

WiFi was not working during our stay at all. Owners tried to fix is somehow, however, it was not working and we also had no signal for mobile data in the area (which is not owner’s fault of course) but just because of this the wifi access is very important. Room was mostly clean, but the bathroom was very small and facilities could be renovated (kitchen, AC..) Also dishes was not clean after previous customers. Walls here are also paper thin so we heard practically.. everything.

The pool and grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained and clean. It’s in a quiet location which was perfect for us too. The facilities are good and was nice to have the option of cooking at the apartment if we wanted to (we didn’t!). The pool is the biggest asset to this place and was always quiet too (we spent many hours with the pool to ourselves which was bliss!) Katerina is also lovely and made sure we settled well and then got off okay when we left! We had a brilliant stay and an amazing holiday overall.

The property is quite far out so transport is a must! We spent a lot of our time at old town just because we felt there was better choice of restaurants etc. and it is about a 30 minute drive from the property. You can walk into the small local town where there is a beach, restaurants and some shops though however we preferred to explore the island in the car. I would say that the facilities in the rooms are basic and could do with a bit of a refresh (shower, kitchen etc.) but it wasn’t a problem for us at all and excellent value for money.
