"Overall Very Bad experience. Never Go with Treebo"

I had a terrible experience during my recent stay at this property. Several issues made the stay highly unpleasant. Here are a few key points: Washroom Door: The door was broken and could not be closed properly. TV Rack: It was damaged and unstable. Tea Kettle: The kettle was not functional and had a foul smell. Room Cleanliness: Despite arriving at 8 PM (8 hours after the check-in time) and confirming our arrival 3 hours in advance via call, the room was still not clean upon our arrival. Curtains: They were visibly dirty and unwashed. Breakfast Quality: Although breakfast was advertised as complimentary, the options were limited to Paratha and Poha, neither of which were properly cooked. Coffee Experience: The coffee served was one of the worst I have ever had; I couldn’t take more than a sip. Overall, the stay did not meet basic hospitality standards and left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
