"refrain from going to the place. the property is very old and the restaurant is very unclean"

The location is close to the station. roughly 10-15 mins. so that is convenient. it is also on the main road

The staff was extremely unprofessional. The receptionist wanted advance payment to which I agreed. however since I was on a call, I told him I will do it in 30-45 mins once the call is done. but he started misbehaving and asked me to vacate the room. on top of that he kept sending a staff to my room every 2 mins for atleast 10-15 times within half an hour. at the same time he kept calling me repeatedly (from 97994 20111) during my call which was extremely frustrating. after the call I went down to speak to the manager and this rakesh srivastav guy kept interrupting my chat with him and misbehaved again. he had the audacity to shout at the customer multiple times inspite of being wrong in the first place

"Not found upto the mark to stay with family specially on vacation."

Room was spacious.

Location of Hotel, Bathroom - shower was not working, soap dispenser was missing, towels were dirty. Specially Breakfast area, it seems that it is used for Beer bar purpose in the night and breakfast is served in the morning with Dim lights & all stuff, without proper cleaning of that area.
