The staff was a little rude. I had booked a single bed room, but it was very disappointing that I was given a standard room instead. They did not even apologize for the mistake, and their booking system seems to work strangely. Although the hotel’s name includes “Basel,” it is actually located in a different municipality and quite far from the city center. Fortunately, public transportation is good and makes it easy to get around.

A terrible experience. The room was tiny, the hallway carpet was filthy, and the worst part was the bathroom design—the door was heavy, trapping moisture inside, and the bathroom walls were covered in mold. It's hard to believe this awful room could cost over 300 euros a night.

Very clean, modern, easy to get around and figure out where you needed to go!

Could’ve had a larger selection for breakfast but was okay! Parking was in a separate building behind the hotel, about a 5 minute walk once your down all the flights of stairs of the multi-storey
