No me gustó nada

Primero en recepción me indicaron que si no lo hacía con booking, me hacían un descuento. Luego al entrar a la habitación las sábanas estaban sucias, el personal se disculpó y propuso que nos quedáramos haciéndonos un descuento, resulta que al siguiente día hasta el agua caliente nos cortaron.
