Room was nice

Terrible staff!! waited 40 mins for breakfast to have to order it again then waited another 25 mins before getting up and leaving because we didnt get it, only to be told "well you got your drinks" after complaining about not recieving our breakfast. We should be reinburst for the lack of breakfast and unproffesionalism.

Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, with a decent range of choices. Vegetarian provision was good and the cooked breakfast was always freshly prepared, hot and enjoyable.
