"L’une des meilleures options possibles à Freetown"

Personnel : Le personnel s’est montré globalement serviable et disponible. Propreté : L’hôtel, y compris les chambres, était impeccablement propre. Restauration : La nourriture était exceptionnelle, tant en qualité qu’en saveurs.

Suite Exécutive : Pas de vue mer malgré la description ; changement refusé faute de disponibilité. Piscine & environnement : Travaux en cours autour de la piscine (odeur, bruit, ouvriers) en samedi matin; bar non fonctionnel. Service : Personnel aimable mais clairement insuffisamment formé (à un moment, des bières tièdes nous ont été servies avec des verres remplis de glaçons), service approximatif). Départ : Late check-out confirmé pour 14h00 mais finalement refusé le dernier jour (ils nous ont demandé de quitter la chambre à 13h00 car les prochains clients étaient déjà arrivés à l’hôtel...); équipe de ménage arrivée trop tôt (11h30) et pressante (ils ont laissé les produits de nettoyage devant notre porte alors que nous étions encore sur la terrasse). Room service / petit-déjeuner : Petit-déjeuner non servi en chambre sauf exception ; menu room service limité et différent du restaurant.
