I like how everything is inside the building. It gives a feeling of safety. I also liked the wifi. The wifi was strong enough. The staff was the utmost of helpful. There was nothing I didn't like.

Decided to extend my stay one week, moved to another suite, forgot iPad & iPhone Chargers, went back to Front Desk to ask to check room, and that was not possible. Lost and/or Stolen iPad & iPhone chargers

This place had great reviews, I will give that it was clean and everything with the stay was easy. However for how well it was rated I was very underwhelmed, the TV didn't work and also the walls are super thin so if anyone is staying around you, you can hear them.

"Great hotel"

The people at this hotel were very helpful and nice. And the rooms were clean, comfortable, and good. It is my favorite hotel that I have stayed at in Austin. I will plan to stay here again. I think they did a good job with the hotel and the quality was very high.
