1. Look and feel of the hotel is good. 2. The beds are very comfortable. Had a nice sleep. Spacious room.

1. Hasseled checkin and check out. I was charged for the services or food that i hadn't ordered. 2. Breakfast spread was not upto the mark. Skipped my complimentary breakfast. 3. Location: after 8pm it is very difficult to find a transport from the hotel. Wait time for ola or uber is atleast 20 mins 4. Pest controlling required.

Nothing other than the location is good

I think I made a blunder when I booked this property. The rooms were not clean enough. There was an instance when someone from hotel staff tried entering into my room from the balcony. Also, another time I was inside my room and the staff opened the door using another key but apologized when I asked. On the same day, I was asked to change the room during my stay so that they could accommodate other customers. Highly unprofessional staff who is not even aware of the inventory, billing and their facilities. There was no cooperation between the person from different shift on front-desk, as I was asked to pay for the same thing twice - this shows if they are even capable enough to use their systems. All in all won't recommend to book this one. PS - DO NOT EXPECT SAFETY AND SECURITY WHEN YOU BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
