"Air quality issues and noise issues"

Air quality issues December 2024 I’m currently here now. It is 2:45 in the morning. I woke up at 2 because the irritation in my throat and lungs from the air in the room woke me up in my dreams. I was disappointed to find the windows don’t open in these rooms. I’ve turned on the fan for some air circulation but it took several minutes to kick on and didn’t stay on very long. I don’t want to make the room too cold or too warm as I have my young kiddos sleeping soundly but there is no way to just turn on the fan only. Otherwise, I appreciate that check-in was efficient but as a Marriott member with Elite Status I found the welcome mediocre. In addition, I have high floor preference elected on my preferences which I assume just wasn’t noted as I was given a first floor room right next to the lobby dining area. The hotel said they had many rooms open and it did not appear busy so I can assume it wasn’t due to unavailability. The room lay-out is efficient and clean. The side entrance, on the first floor, needs a good mop. Efficient location off 90. I can’t comment on other amenities as I haven’t had a chance to use them. I think we will be making our exit as early and possible. Simply due to the air quality issue I would not stay again. UPDATE: Now 5:59 and I can hear the whole morning breakfast setting up. I haven’t had a bit of sleep.

Great gym. Great jacuzzi. Great room.

Breakfast was terrible. Gluten free options as advertised were not available, even when I asked a staff member directly. Apples were banged up. There were no eggs left at 8:15, and they weren’t refilled. Super disappointing meal.

A clean and well-equipped hotel and room, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. We also had a very tasty meal for dinner. We will definitely be back.
