TownePlace Suites by Marriott Ellensburg

Power went out, road noise is loud, breakfast wasn’t good. But rooms were clean and spacious and staff was nice.

Beautiful room. Okay stay. The breakfast disappointed. The breakfast server looked angry for being there, breakfast sandwiches hard and cold and not much food left or restocked over an hour before it was over. Had to ask for coffee creamer. Hampton is much friendlier and well stocked breakfast so is Holiday Inn. We had fire alarms testing going off at the end of our stay very loud and were never warned about it. Not sure if I would choose again over Hampton or Holiday Inn.

The property was modern and clean. Breakfast was good for a family/kids. The “pull out couch” was AWFUL! It pulled out to a flat surface without any cushioning or a mattress. It was just as hard as sleeping on the ground. I do not recommend anyone consider sleeping on it. We were there for a weekend baseball tournament (along with many other families) and the hotel booked a private event so no one was able to access the lobby seating and the restaurant from 5pm to midnight on a Saturday. Super disappointing and inconvenient.

Room was clean.

There was no food at breakfast. Everything was completely empty and there was no staff refilling anything. We had to go somewhere else to eat breakfast after we checked out. The hotel was full, so they should have expected that they would need extra food. With our room costing over $200, we will stay somewhere else next time we come to Ellensburg.

Breakfast was mediocre.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room with the kitchenette was spacious. The area for the dogs was very nice.

The first room I was given, the TV didn't work. They did provide with a new room. The fire alarm went off due to some late night cooking.

We had a nice stay.

We liked the 1 br suite. The grandchild loved the "shacuzzi" and pool. The great great granny liked the comfy bed and separation from the ruckus. A dinette table and chairs would have been nice for meals brought back to the room. We could have cooked in the room, but didn't. We were on a quick getaway.
