The air conditioner feels like a device from the 1990s—old and noisy. The noise keeps you from sleeping well all night. The handle above the bathtub is loose, and holding onto it could easily cause a fall and injury.

Apartments were big (against our expectation). We arrivef 2 houre earlier from check-in time, but we were allowed to check-in 1 hour earlier. That was good for us. The building has a reception staff, which at night a security staff takes over. The decoration of the apartments were just wonderful. I enjoyed having the channel always on fot Paris Olympics 2024. The roof top is a lovely open area, apart from the shade. We could gather a lot on the roof top. The roof top has free water and microwave. There is 7-eleven attached to the building. Jollibee was just 2 minutes walking distance. We walked to MRT and Alaya Mall is just one station away.

Only one thing seemed to be missing, which is the water kettle. Apart from this, everything was perfect.

Location of the hotek is cool and silent

Restrictions of the visitors is very bad for tourist Staff is very poorly trained and has very little knowledge about tourist requests
