Warmest, kindest hotel welcome ever! I was greeted by name, check-in was easy, and we were offered fresh-baked cookies. I like that this hotel has a complimentary airport shuttle which operates at all hours - the shuttle picked us up at 4:00 AM for an early morning flight. Because we had scheduled the shuttle in advance, we were greeted in the early morning with hot coffee and freshly baked croissants. Fresh croissants at 4:00 AM? I've stayed at plenty of hotels in the past, that advised me that breakfast would not be available until the posted time. These kind people went out of their way to ensure we didn't leave hungry despite our early departure.
