Nothing blind sided by price the first time u stayed then the second was told I was banned when I did nothing wrong then when I asked why I was told they can’t tell me.

Lack of breakfast choice

I loved the location and the place is clean.

The customer service here was extremely disappointing. We were not allowed to ask housekeeping directly for fresh towels and instead had to bring dirty towels down to the front desk ourselves just to receive clean ones. That policy alone made no sense, especially when housekeeping staff was already on site. To make matters worse, the hotel charged a $250 deposit and only refunded $165.01, keeping $84.99 without any legitimate explanation. The room was left clean upon checkout. I personally removed all trash and even placed used towels in the housekeeping bag to make things easier for staff. There was absolutely no justification for withholding that money. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. If this happened to me, it could easily happen to other guests as well.

WiFi was down, the person above me was bouncing what sounded like a basketball until 1-2am!, the king size bed was not comfy like most hotels.
