Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fredericksburg

The "breakfast" options were awful. There was no regular milk or half and half, just flavored mixes which I find unpalatable. You should spend a bit more and add some decent options.

The location met our needs as we had an event right next door at the convention center. The full fridge and microwave are always a nice amenity to have.

There was no hot water throughout the entire stay. We all had cold showers. Although we were there for only one evening, others in our event group were there for multiple days without any hot water.

Customer service was poor when they found out I booked through a third party and not through them, no hot water, mold on what they called “breakfast”

The room could’ve been a little cleaner. Also they don’t keep toiletries in the bathroom like other hotels.

I’m honestly pretty disappointed with my stay here. From the moment I checked in, the staff didn’t seem very friendly — especially after I mentioned I booked through Booking.com. The attitude shift was noticeable and not very welcoming. The shower didn’t have any hot water, which made things even worse. After a long day, that’s something you really expect to work without issues. Breakfast was extremely limited — just a couple packaged items — and to make matters worse, some of the muffins actually had mold on them. That’s unacceptable and honestly concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. There also wasn’t any real lounge or seating area to even eat “breakfast.” There were only about four chairs total, which was not very accommodating at all. That said, I do want to be fair and mention that the rooms themselves were clean. Overall, this stay has been frustrating and disappointing. Between the lack of hot water, poor breakfast setup, limited seating, and unfriendly experience at check-in, I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on this visit. 👎

Good location and no extra parking fees

The fan of the AC could not be turned off, the reception promised to have someone of maintenance take care of it but there was no improvement.
