"The worst stay ever.. This unit was dirty and managed poorly.. Definitely will not coming back"

Stratrgic location

It took me more than 2 hours to wait for the room key.. Although we already send checkin time confirmation several times.. When we received the key, the room is very dirty and occupied by other people.. Including animals.. In which im allergic to.. It was chaotic The admin responded slowlt and did not give us any solution nor compensation. For sure kozystay - aura is blacklisted!!!

"Overall nice, but the cleaness can be improved"

The view, the facilities including swimming pool and gym, the location, fast response of the staff.

The apartment wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The previous tenant left the rice in rice cooker. They offered to send someone to clean but we decided threw out ourselves and they sent us a room freshener. Some stains were on the sofa and towel as footmat in the bathroom.

The room is not clean Some ammenities are running out Its very different compared to our previous visit at the same place 1 month earlier
