Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută în hotelul Urban – camera a fost confortabilă, personalul amabil, iar serviciile, în general, de înaltă calitate.

Aș dori doar să menționez, într-un mod constructiv, că micul dejun de tip bufet rece nu a părut foarte proaspăt, fie nu a fost pregătit în aceeași zi, fie nu a fost depozitat corespunzător la rece. În schimb, varianta micului dejun cald pregătită în bucătărie a fost delicioasă și servită cu atenție, ceea ce am apreciat foarte mult. Vă mulțumesc și sper ca acest feedback să fie util – cu mare drag aș reveni la dumneavoastră pe viitor.
