Exceptionally clean and spacious beautiful room, host very helpful

A little too far out to walk would need to use tram to get into main areasn

Sefton is a lovely guesthouse throughout, I’ve stayed at many places in Blackpool and I can say from experience this place is on another level. I stayed in room 1 (twin) it is very modern, good size with additional seating and a modern bathroom. Owner Andy is wonderful, very friendly, always available if needed. Unlike a recent vindictive comment I’ve seen, I can read, so I know reserving room only would indicate meals are not included & as I chose to click reserve I was happy with this before arriving! Parking is also free on all the connecting streets so no issue there. Great location just off the sea front in the North Shore area, walking distance to the centre yet nice and quiet at night time. Other things I'd just class as OK not like.

One person's feedback stated best B&B in Blackpool, well I dispute that as we just got a bed and no breakfast apparently according to the manager a dispute with the local council whatever that means so had to go into Blackpool town centre to get our breakfast at an extra cost. In all honesty I won't be going back there as it could do with some TLC too. Car park on main road if your lucky.

The manager was very attentive to all are needs, very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was very clean & modern 🙂
