Italianway - Castellazzi 12 Aquila

Der Check-in war unkompliziert. Weil wir uns "verlaufen" hatten, mussten wir um Hilfe bitten - es kam innerhalb von 5 Minuten eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin, die uns geholfen hat. Die Ferienwohnung ist funktional mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen kann und sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen Garagenplatz dazu gemietet, in dem wir auch unsere Fahrräder unterbringen konnten. Sehr praktisch fanden wir den fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichenden Supermarkt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zur Hauptstrasse hin. Mit offenen Fenstern ist es tagsüber leider sehr laut (jedenfalls im August). Die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert - bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man die Strasse kaum.

A pochi passi dal centro, appartamento nuovo con ampio balcone per rilassarsi, comodo per raggiungere tutti i servizi. L'appartamento è confortevole, la cucina super attrezzata. Ottima la gestione dell'host.

Easy information to find & access apartment

Power kept cutting out when I used the oven - main trip switch was down near carpark - happened 4 times, was a bit annoying. Also no complimentary washing machine tablets left (there were 2x dishwashing tablets), would have been nice & (maybe I think I read?) was advertised. Can’t remember =)

amazing flat very high quality finish and with everything that you could ask. very quiet and fantastic that entrance is via key code! location about 15 mins walk to the ski slopes but the plus is that the flat is 100 m from the largest supermarket where you can find abs everything. the team in charge is just amazing and super helpful. they reply via whatsup even in the evening. incredibly well organised and I love that they also have a real office! we did not need it but just knowing they were there was very reassuring

there is nothing that we did not like in the flat. perhaps the only tiny minor improvement would be to have a set of instructions for example on how to control the heating and the location of the bins.
