"Lovely condo in good location"

Very nice, well equipped condo in a decent location not too far from the main street of Pigeon forge

Nothing to not like, but the property would benefit from a clothes airer which would also save on using the tumble drier to get the clothes dry

"Great place to stay!"

The location is right on the strip, so getting to everything we wanted to do for fun, shopping, and food was super close. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our family. The property had a nice indoor pool and hot tub, as well as basketball court, and playground. It's super family friendly. The price was great and the owner reached out to welcome us and if I reached out, they were quick to respond. I don't usually sleep well in hotels, but slept wonderfully here.

The hot water didn't last very long. So for everyone in my family to bath (shower), we had to wait a while between.

The location was convenient. Great views from balcony.

The condo was dirty. Hairs / dust everywhere. Hot water runs out very quickly.

The view of the mountains was spectacular.

The condo was nice, however it did not appear to have been cleaned. There was dirt on the floors and rugs in bathrooms were dirty. The beds were not comfortable and the water pressure in both showers was not good.

The location was ideal. The kitchen and living room were spacious. The view from the balcony of the mountains was a plus.

Arrived and the overhead light in the kitchen didn't work. Maintenance arrived quickly but still didn't fix it, so we had to cook via lamp during our trip. There were skittles/popcorn in the floor of the living room. Dog hair on the rug in the living room even though the room was supposed to be no pets allowed. The showers were dirty and the toilets had "stuff" left on the underside of the toilet seat from what I'm assuming were the guests before us.
