Sunny and Bright Oceanfront Condos in Atlantica Resort near Boardwalk

I loved everything about our stay. We was close to everything. The host is amazing and we had the most beautiful ocean veiw.

Love the property hate the owners lack of communication from the room I booked it was supposed to be oceanfront and it was a pool view no balcony never heard back from anybody about my concerns

Awesome!! All the amenities, plus more. I could have packed half of what I brought had I known. The rooms were set up for us when we arrived. The building was clean,well maintained, and the staff was friendly. I will stay here again and again.

The room was very nice & clean. However the beds could be upgraded. The sheets weren't that clean, too many rules.

Good place for a family to stay

Pros - - Clean, Right on Beach, Near Pool, Close to Boardwalk Cons - - Our room was on the bottom floor no balcony, near elevator. Noise all day & night. - Our window was right at the pool level. Had to keep curtains closed most of the time as people would walk up to window and stare into our room. - No washers and dryers. You get one pillow and one towel for each person for the week. We had to search for a laundromat to clean our towels, washcloths and clothes. - Toaster didn't work - no came to replace it. - Some of the electric sockets didn't work. - Scooped up six crawling bugs on our visit, Four worms, one cricket, and one caterpillar. - This location is privately owned and I wish I realized this before I booked. Spent a lot of money on this location and was very disappointed in what we found. I thought I booked at the main Atlantica, to find we were placed in a secondary building. - VERY-VERY disappointed in where I stayed. I will never stay at the Atlantica again and in the future do a deep dive into where I will be staying. Myrtle Beach was great. The room not so great.

The air conditioning failed overnight our first night (it was 100 degrees that day and 80 degrees in our room at 9:30). We had problems contacting someone to make repairs - there was a number for the front desk and another number for Hosteeva. Very confusing. A maintenance worker arrived later in the morning and was unable to repair and said a technician would be coming but didn’t know when. We notified Hosteeva that we needed relief immediately, and we ended up leaving around noon, not having heard back. We received a call at approximately 4 pm that the technician was on his way, which would have been too late. We were only there for three days, and spent most of the first full day dealing with this and having to find another place to stay. Also, we didn’t know that the front windows were open to pool level so that we couldn’t keep the shades open and enjoy the view of the ocean without having the occupants of the pool having direct line of site into our space. There were no other windows in the space and it was dark and depressing, exactly the opposite of what we had anticipated our Myrtle Beach trip to be like. It felt like we were in a storage closet. We didn’t see any caveats to indicate this room didn’t have a balcony, patio or opening windows. I’ve always had great success with Expedia, however, this experience was extremely disappointing.
