It was clean and comfortable!

The only thing I could say is I wish there were child locks on the balcony doors. The guest sleeping in the queen room mentioned the mattress was very slanted on one side like worn down.

Pool was closed outside, looked horrible. Maintenance man came in the morning banging on the door to change a filter proceeding to bang on the door and try to get in before anyone was up… They didn’t care anything about it when I complained… bees everywhere, jets in the tub need cleaned black stuff was coming out of them. Other then that it was nice home away from home.

Condo was clean and very spacious. I emailed the host about a broken lint trap and they responded within a hour. Maintenance came a couple days later to fix it, he said they had to order it. This was a nice place, we will stay again.

The only dislike was how far away the pool was from the condos, it was a quit a way for some who have little kids unless they drive and park. I know this isn’t something they can control. However the building the pool was in wasn’t heated. Although the pool was, the people that weren’t in the pool were cold.

The location is great. It was close to Dollywood and the Outlet Mall. The view was great. The beds were comfortable.

The garbage truck showed up at 4:30 am, but as soon as it left I went back to sleep.

location, size and cleanliness

i would have given it 5 stars across the board but when we had arrived a red wasp family had built a nest above the entrance door. i am highly allergic. i went to the local dollar general and got some wasp spray. Once they were gone it was a great place to stay. The only other thing i might suggest is one of the recliners has been used a bit. It seems one of the arms is broken or cracked in the frame and the mechanism to let the foot rest out didnt work. None of these two items would prevent me and my family from staying here. over all we loved it. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Location.

Master BR cooler than rest of house. Slept im the cold. Generic goodwill level furnishings.

Wonderful view of mountains. Close to attractions. Liked the walking trail. This is a nice condo.

The master bedroom remote not fully functional. I've read this issue from other stays there. Just get another remote. The jets not working on spa tub. The pillows in the master bedroom were flat. These are easy fixes. After the initial deposit on the rental I was charged for the other half with no notice a month before my stay.

The condo had a lot of room. It was absolutely. Beautiful
