MVC - Unit 1601- Sweet Butterfly

As soon as we got there we couldn’t get to our floor because the elevators were broke we had to wait awile to get it fixed. It was hard to use lock to get in took ten minutes to get it to work couches were peeling and gross lightbulbs weren’t working tub wouldn’t hold water hair dryer didn’t work just wasn’t worth what I paid for it at all !

Loved the location, very close to what we had planned, and room was clean.

I think cleaning fee was a little over priced for what all we were ask to do before we left. Had to start dishwasher, clean out coffee maker, put all towels in bathtub, turn off icemaker, turn down thermostat. Also the couch was torn on both sets of furniture. Fire place make a very loud sound and there were signs stating you had to have a pool pass and if pass wasn't left in room you would be charge a $50 fee but there we no passes to be found in room. We couldn't find password to have access to wifi either.

The couch and sofa leahter was pealing so bad, the pillow on the coach had either water stains or some stains on the backs which wasn't appealing, there was active spiders present on the ceiling above 2 of the beds, the front door was a bit lose and we had trouble w the door several time unless we pulled it in, held the door and then entered the code. As you probably noticed we ended up leaving the facility late Saturday night losing a night! Ive vacation at mtn view property before and def haven't ran into this. For the money I was charged in comparison to other stays I won't rebook this suite.

Not good at all

Location and space was great.

There was no kitchen soap. There was big black flies everywhere. Some were dead, we killed a lot. There was dust in window sills, I had to clean with dead flies. I am allergic to house dust. There were tags off someones clothes in the floor of my bedroom, when I looked to pick them up, I was not happy. No one has cleaned under the beds in months. The dust was awful. We had to be put in a different unit than planned, the elevator did not work, which I was told by management had been reported the day before. I may think twice before my next booking.

Location

Tub was broke, had to buy parts to fix it so could hold water. Had the (landlord special) for repairs. The indoor pool was cold, heaters valved off. Floors were dirty, causing my white socks to become black
