It was quiet and had a playground that our grandson could play on. It was a very nice apartment.

The floors need a good old fashioned mopping. My grandson likes to go barefoot and the bottom of his feet would be black. The washer needs maintenance if you use normal cycle to wash when it gets to spin it sounded like it was going to blow up the front of the machine even came loose. If you use the permanent press cycle it worked fine.

walking in it was very welcoming.

all of the amenities that we wanted or needed were broke or unsanitary. we needed the washer and it was broke. we had our granddaughter with us that wanted to swim and the outside pool was being repaired and the inside pool was filthy! also, she didn’t have any socks on in the room and the bottom of her feet were black from the floor! smelled like trash outside around the entire facility!
