MVC - Unit 1302 - The Cove

Everything was great.

Place so great that we didn't want to leave.

Location

The partying last night till 4:00am

The floors were filthy. Our feet or socks were black from walking on them. The manager was nasty when speaking with. Only two coffee cups for four adults only three spoons . Over all experience was bad.

Good location

Hard to find the right building

Very good location and well maintained room. Receptive when messaged to my sarn about bed and television. Remote had lost channels and it was my mistake thinking a sleeper sofa when it clearly stated when I went back and checked that it said queen air mattress

Having to wash towels and washcloths as only given 1 set per occupant. Also, understanding it to be wheelchair accessible but having a low toilet seat, no bars in my bathroom, and finding out we were on third floor and had an emergency happened it would be impossible to get my amputee husband that is wheelchair bound to ground floor. We just said our prayers. Probably my mistake in assuming since number began with 1 that it was bottom floor.

Love the location and view

It was not very clean and the beds were a little uncomfortable

The location is always good. Facility is usually clean and always ready to go. I love all the amenities and everything that comes along with the property.

I have stayed at the property for for most of the summer and I have never been in a room that was not clean. We were there less than an hour and my baby was walking around on the floor and his socks and they were black by the time I saw them again. When we came in the TV was on in the living room and then one of the bedrooms. The balcony had not been dusted or cleaned. The refrigerator still had items in it from the last person that stayed there. Overall this room was not cleaned at all. I love the property and this has been one of the rooms that I would not return to because of the non cleanliness
