MVC - Unit 1402 in Pigeon Forge

This should not be a rental property. It's completely outdated, gross. Internet didn't work so no TV. Kids climbing on roof when home since no Electronics work. The towels were completely stained. Toilets or like a hundred years old, and take forever to flus. The tv is if they work books like they're twenty dollars tvs. I walked with shoes out of grossness. Should really really not be a rental. I've Stayed in hundreds of airbnbs, and this one was the grossest one.

The space

No WiFi, no tv, door wouldn’t lock, toilet paper stuck to the wall and base boards in the bathroom, no hot water

Tv didn't work in the bedroom stayed on one channel & the fireplace didn't work & couldn't get no channels in the living room there wasn't nothing to wash the dishes wth like liquid soap the ice maker didn't work neither it was just not cleaned dead stink bugs dead around the place & the beds wasn't comfortable at all just a waste of my money to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday there

Location, Easy check-in with key code, view of Parkway from the balcony, parking was available

Beds are very uncomfortable Toilet in master bath would not flush normally (had to take the back off of the toilet and flush manually) Sheets were not washed on the queen bed (several pieces of short and long black hair) the host did have cleaner come change sheets after message was sent WiFi was horrible Tv in living room would not work because the network was unstable

The guest bed was not comfortable at all. Indoor pool water wasn’t warm and the hot tub wasn’t warm either.
