The location was great, very easy to get to everything in Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of space for our family at this location, having our private space was great, but also space for the family to be together.

The indoor "heated pool" was freezing along with the "hot tub" which felt like barley warm bath water. The key pad on the door wasn't the greatest, it acted like it didn't want to work half the time.

Rooms were very roomy. Great location. Nice facility.

Room could Have been cleaned better. We opened the sofa sleeper and there was tons of food crumbs and dirt all inside it and wrappers that had been left in it. Dishes out of cabinet were still dirty and has stuff on them we had to wash them before using them. Pot holder mits were dirty and hadn’t been washed. And we had to mop the living room where something had been spilled and left.

TV (both) turned all way up and still couldn't hear and the other TV was filthy that was brought for the replacement....the door code was awful trying to get in and I hurt my shoulder and hip trying and the refrigerator leaked awful!! The washing machine smelled mildewy and sour

Location was good except for getting in and out with no stoplight there.

Flat air mattresses, dirty dishes in cabinet, and burned out bulbs/dead batteries in remotes and smoke detector.

Great location, spacious, clean

very dated, poor bed linens and pillows were 1” thick, very old. The apartment is nice but needs upgrades to rent at $350 per night.

Condo was clean, had all the features we expected, tastefully decorated, excellent view, two king beds, accessible shower.

The keypad lock was a real problem for us. I like not needing a key, but on this door you must pull HARD on the handle as you punch in the last button of the code. My parents couldn’t do it at all.
