Oak Square - Unit 403

The toilet was broken and when you sat on it it Jabed your ass!

The apartment was clean and comfortable a little dated but that's to be expected in such an old building.

The toliet was very small more kid classroom size than normal adult size.

I loved the condo! The ambiance of the lamp and the fireplace in the living room was great. The mattress was a little soft for me, but I'm a stomach sleeper. It was amazing for my husband who is a back sleeper. If we had planned to cook, I'm sure we would have had everything we needed. I really have no complaints! We also loved the indoor pool. It was so cold outside, so that was nice!

Close to main Street and restaurants

For the price and cleaning fees it needs to be cleaned we swept the floors found All kinds of kids stuff . Shower curtain the plastic on needs to be replaced.drains are very slow going down. Couch is broke down .also was told if we needed anything call the office and it also says that on the shelf but u can't call the office because we were told they are not with the office.only had 4 towels no wash cloths was told if we needed more towels to wash them ourself that's not my job there cleaning fees are high. We had stayed there before on the 3 Rd floor that room was bigger cleaner and if we needed anything we went to the office this time it was a ghost place. Next time we will find another place.

It was a good location and the bed was comfortable.

I thought it could use some updates to the furniture in the living room and the door to the bathroom needs fixed.

Location was excellent

Unit could use some updates, drywall repair and fresh lighter paint. Update some furniture. Mattress was too soft and sheer would never stay on. These are minor things, but for the cost of the unit would make a big difference. All in all it was a good stay.

Never got an email with the room code so had to call to get it.
