The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, specifically Diaa on reception, Sameh and Hemank in the restaurant. Hotel was clean and great value for money.

The set food at breakfast could have been more varied, was also often cold. The beach wasn’t on site, it was quite some distance from the hotel and you had to be driven there.

- Hôtel conforme à ses photos en tout point ce qui est très appréciable au vu des mauvaises surprise que nous avions pu avoir à d'autre endroit. - Superbe équipement - Personnel très gentil et à nos petits soins - Piscine très sympa et accès à la plage en voiture privé

Le seul "bémol" serait le repas du soirs qui est un buffet (dans la formule all inclusive) que nous avons malheureusement trouvé trop peu diversifié en fonction des jours

The hotel was truly fantastic and even exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very nice. The location was perfect and provided easy access to many sightseeing attractions. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Das Hotel war wirklich fantastisch und ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen☺️
