"As Good As It Gets"

I can't imagine that there is a nicer inn/hotel in Detroit. This is one of the most beautiful inns we've ever stayed in. Eric and Rachel have done a magnificent job of renovating this historic site. Be sure to ask for a tour. Ample parking, huge rooms, nice breakfast, great location. What more could you ask?

"Great romantic weekend stay "

Had a wonderful stay at the Frederick Stearns property. The owners Eric & Rachel went above & beyond to make our stay perfect! They gave us a tour of the lovely historic home & even made special mimosas for us for our anniversary during breakfast which was delicious. Our room was very comfortable & large. While sitting in our room (Aster) I did notice quite a bit of dust under the bed which could possibly cause issues for those with allergies. Other than that, the room & home were spotless! I definitely highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property.

Very inviting owners. The entire property has been meticulously re-assembled. Not to "original" but to a perfect mix of modern comforts with amazing charm. I would recommend this House,and already have recommend this house. It was absolutely perfect.
