Mi Zona Lodging Condesa

It was comfortable and clean and spacious. I found the instructions to access the apartment with the door code were clear and easy to understand. I liked using the swimming lane in the morning. The location was nice and it was easy to walk around.

I would have liked a few more cleaning products at the property like washing up liquid to wash up properly

The apartment is just ok though minimally equipped for a family of 4. Very few glasses or plates or utensils. Cleanish as long as you didn't check under the beds which were full of dust. The swimming pool as another guest mentioned is dirty. The location is not in the heart of Condesa so its a thirty minute walk to places like Colima street etc. However the main problem we had was that for 3 of the 4 nights we stayed there was no hot water at all. We wrote to the host several times and finally on the third day he told us to reset the boiler. This worked though it is only enough for two quick showers. Considering that we were a family of 4 adults and two children this was far frrom ideal. We ended up having to use an expensive spa to take showers which was absurd. Finally after countless texts and messages back and forth with the host we were offered a 10 per cent compensation on our booking fee which was insulting. What was worse was that the host innsinuated we were just trying to get money back with a fraudulent claim. I rarely write bad reviews as I know businesses depend on them but in this case I feel its my duty to warn other guests that if anything goes wrong in the apartment you will not be helped. Having no hot water except on the 4th day of our stay was pretty horrendous especially as the host knew we were traveling with children. It severely impacted our stay and we would certainly never chose to stay there again.

The neighboorhood was very nice to just walk around. The location was very central to alot of places we wanted to see and do. The build was also very nice to stay in and was very clean and tidy. 10/10

Great position. Modern and well equipped with gym. Amazing rooftop with great views. Very helpful contact person when needed.

Very noisy with windows open but fine if windows were closed.

Se encuentra en ubicación céntrica, con restaurantes y cafés a la redonda. Buen servicio de transporte por aplicación. Por dentro, está muy bien equipada y todo funciona a la perfección. El edificio cuenta con amenidades que facilitan la estancia con niños pequeños. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y responsables. Solo hay que considerar que el edificio no admite resguardo de equipaje.

Céntrica, segura y limpia. La comunicación estuvo genial.

There were hairs in the sheets, not cleaned fully before our arrival. Hot and stuffy at night

Unit had everything you really needed, updated, good size, comfortable. Nicely decorated. King and queen beds! Great washer/ dryer.

Would have been nice to have dish soap detergent and a few bottles of of water in fridge!
