L'emplacement était top. La gérante Pascale et ses collaborateurs sont disponibles pour les clients. Très accueillante et a l écoute de leurs clients. Rien a dire le service est parfait. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon rien a dire. L'endroit est parfait a quelques rues du centre ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Je recommande la Factory sans hésiter. Alles hat super gut geklappt. Der Empfang war sehr persönlich und liebenswürdig. Zum Frühstück wurden wir sogar mit Schoggigipfeli verwöhnt

Gut gelegen um zu Fuss die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Frühstück wurde uns von der Chefin persönlich und liebevoll angerichtet und es war alles ausreichend vorhanden.
