Unhabitable!! Some of the issues we reported! Mould in the bathroom, stains on the bedroom floors, existing damage to the kitchen worktops, signs & symptoms (gurgling) of kitchen sink becoming blocked, patch repairs on the walls and tv remote control missing its back plate and batteries. Shower tray was allowing water to escape resulting in puddles of water on the floor after each person showers and therefore becoming a slip hazard. Shower head leaking and water temperature fluctuating constantly between scolding hot and freezing cold, was a real concerns as we had children with us. One bedroom radiator not working resulting in our children waking up to a freezing cold room. Kitchen extractor hood drips grease as you cook. Kitchen equipment was lacking, e.g. 1 fork for a family of 4! The staff at Prim Short Stays were helpful and did their best to help with some of the issues we identified. To add to our distress, my wife with the kids returned one afternoon to the property to find the door open and a stranger in the property. Having confronted the individual, it was the maintenance team that have been sent to resolve the problems we reported. We were given no prior notice by Prim Short Stays. We immediately raised the issue with Prim Short Stays as this was totally unacceptable and are still waiting to hear back from their management team! Holiday ruined, caused the family undue stress, property needs serious remidal work. Totally unacceptable for what we paid.

The Haywood wrongfully accuses guest and then deduct money from the deposit

The condition is ok internally but the entrance outside when leading to the house is far under expectation.
