Excelente ubicación muy cerca de todo, área segura y tranquila, y el personal muy atento y amable.

Excelente ubicación, locación, servicio, todo muy bien. El check in a partir de las 2pm es también una gran facilidad, y permiten que puedas dejar el equipaje antes del check.

No teníamos papel de baño y los envases de jabón y shampoo estaban vacíos. Dejamos la observación en el front de la locación para que pueda mejorar.

The staff are warm and wonderful and served us coffee and tea on arrival. The hotel truly is a retreat and had high end finishing in its rooms. Very comfortable beds. The balconies overlook the jungle.

It is very remote and not near the airport as advertised. The drive was 35 mins. The cost for food outside of the free breakfast was very high and had delivery charges added on as well. Our single large pizza cost 120000CP!

Todo está limpio y ordenado, el personal lo máximo Doña Maryorie y Doña Magdalena fueron muy lindas de verdad que hicieron mi estadía muy agradable.

La opción de poder entrar incluso si no había alguien disponible para hacer el check-in ya que llegamos a la 1am

No había shampoo ni jabón de manos, la tv no podía navegar en youtube sin tener problemas con el servicio de internet. Había recargo si uno paga con tarjeta y uno pone su tarjeta en la aplicación de booking pero uno tiene que llevar su tarjeta física para poder pagar. El desayuno del día Domingo no se pudo probar porque llegaron a las 8am y teniamos planes de irnos a esa hora se entiende que el lugar tenga precios mas bajos comparados con otras opciones pero hay un mínimo de expectativa que se tiene que cumplir.
