Chestnut Meadow Country Park

A comfortable stay. The lodge was spotless and the surrounding area was very quiet. A great retreat to get away from it all.

Had to use cabs to get into Bexhill as the busses were infrequent and barely ran on a Saturday. Nothing to do with the lodge but a factor worth considering if you want to get down to the seaside without a car.

The Cabin is tucked away on its own so you don’t get disturbed by anyone else.

Could do with one more comfy seat. It’s got a 3 seater sofa but it was a small 3 seater sofa so could do with another chair.

4th time we have been and this year seemed a little better service wise with a pizza van one of the evenings and also a hot tub that we good change the temperature rather than stuck on 40 degrees

Coffee table was really old and worn...thats it though

Great size, great facilities and great location. We had a great weekend away and would recommend! Hot tub is a good touch! And the onsite shop was decent too! Had your basic essentials!

This is me being really picky, but with a heat wave these places get super hot, having fans provided would be great or aircon! But fans at a minimum would be good! But b&m is down the road and we got some from there!

Great location, nice and quiet, lovely and clean and great hot tub.

The unit was great! Plenty of room, with a nice electronic fireplace in the living room and a large, private whirl pool tub outdoors. We were able to park directly at the unit. We were also able to check in a bit early, which helped. We would recommend this place to everyone and would gladly stay here again! Thanks!!
