Location was perfect, restaurant very good, personnel friendly and helpful. They carried my luggage up the stairs for me.

No elevator, but everything else was fine.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Cooles Design und ganz tolle Betten. Top geschlafen. Frühstück ausreichend. Tolles Atmosphäre schöner sehr geschichtsträchtiger Frühstück und Restaurant Bereich. Lage top im kleinen niedlichen Bulle.

Badezimmer sind im Urbanen Metall Style. Das schliessen der Türe laut in der Nacht. Auch bisschen hellhörig. Da aussen Gangtüren zu hören waren.

The personnel (in the restaurant) were lovely. very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant as well as checking in. top marks! The restaurant is beautiful and charming - old school, Jugenstil with paintings on the walls. Has a great historical feel. And dinner was delicious - I had the menu fixe. Big surprise that the dessert had mushrooms in it - and was delicious! Finally, it was convenient to the train station and to the center of town.

view from the room was ugly. and a lot of stairs. i had requested a first floor room (bad knee) and no one told me this was impossible. ditto the view, no one told me there is no view of the old town from the hotel, but you should know this in case it's important to you. I enclose a photo of the view, so you know what to expect - mountains are lovely but the street and bar next door and man peeing against the wall, not lovely.
