Palm View Guesthouse, adults only

The guest house is wonderfully decorated and has beautiful grounds. It’s very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the hosts are very welcoming!

Beautiful house and grounds. A real gem throughout. The pool area was super lovely. Room was lovely and romantic and private. The hosts Jonas and Thomas were both gold star standards for hosts of a b&b guest house experience.

Thomas and Jonas are great hosts! The pool area is the perfect hangout place. At the pool bar you can enjoy free coffee and tea. Otherwise they have small snacks or drinks which you can take and pay for afterwards. Every morning I woke up and went to the pool area to enjoy reading my book with a cup of coffee. The breakfast was super delicious and every morning there was a little surprise pastry. They also offered freshly made eggs. From their place you can easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve (by car). Centre of Luz is a 10 minutes walk away. For more lively evenings, you can drive to Lagos.

Beforehand I thought that a separate bathroom could be annoying, but actually it didn’t matter at all. The bathroom is easily accessible through the quiet hallway! It’s all in clean and good state.

Amazing experience, better than at a 5-star resort. Beautiful pool, caring hosts, outstanding breakfast (even provided gluten-free bread upon request). And everything is spotless and clean.

We liked the Garden, poolside area, breakfast area and the interior decor of the property.

The property was just a little too far out of the town and beachfront to comfortably walk there and back, this is due to a relatively long steep hill on the return walk back. However, we found that the town could easily be accessed in less than five minutes by car. Therefore, the location was not too much of an issue. Within the property, we would have preferred access to a bath, but otherwise the showers and washing facilities were excellent.

Thomas and Jonas have created a beautiful, eclectic oasis in Luz. The rooms are very colourful with lot's of art, there is a great pool area and a wonderful palm tree garden and pond. Breakfast was superb and the hosts provided me with many great recommendations in the area and made me feel at home.

Consider the size of your dessert when having dinner in Luz as you'll have to carry it up the hill on your walk back to the b&b ;) - no seriously, everything was great, can highly recommend.

Every aspect of our stay was perfect; lovely hosts, stunning pool (with plenty of beds for everyone) and cozy breakfast setting with good quality of products. Also really nice that we could checkout a bit later to kill the time before our next stay.

Can’t really fault anything.
