The staff are super kind, especially the evening service. The morning people were not very attentive though and spent all day looking at their phone instead of checking on guests…

First, the location. It’s far away from any ‘busy’ area or beach, and you need to take a moto or taxi to go anywhere. Second, the cleanliness. The pool was very dirty and despite having told it to the staff, they did not make anything about it. The light went on and off after some rain. Last, they did not told us we needed to ask for the room to be done daily which turned out to leave our room not cleaned when we did not specifically asked for it. It’s okay if we need to ask, but let us know in advance…also they charge you for everything, even a second “coffee” (if you want to call it like that) during breakfast. Oh, I nearly forgot, breakfast is not worth the money, and they don’t have most of the options, funneling options to eggs, fruit, and pancakes…

Very peaceful location, big rooms, lovely pool, delicious breakfast and nice staff. It is a bit away from everything, but we really enjoyed that. La punta is really just 10-15 min walk, or you can get a taxi at any time.

Comfortable and quiet, also clean

Noo real room por parking, no hot water, pricey for what is offered, they didnt have a lot of the things we ordered on the menu

Lovely pool area, nice staff, very yummy food, overall felt very homely! Would definitely recommend as great value for money. Nice relaxing location away from the main area of La Punta - would definitely recommend getting a scooter or quad bike as the walk was too long for us, but the hotel order taxis for you if not so all good.

Aircon wasn’t working properly in our room so we had to move rooms after one night, then the second room didn’t have the nice big tv. If we had both the whole stay it would have been perfect!
